The Wesley’s Warriors and youth group from FUMC on the square delivered dinner to the Police Department last night. The children thanked the officers for their service and they received complimentary police hats and coloring books. A note from Friends of Eakin.

Eakin Elementary School will be having FIELD DAY ACTIVITIES this week on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Activities will be held during the students' Related Arts Time (art, music,PE, etc). Helpers may report to the school during those days to help. We know this short notice but PLEASE consider dropping by to show support or to help with the activities! !
We are still down for helping the next week, May 12 and 13 for Carnival Days.
* If you need a T Shirt, we still have several at the church! They were donated so No Cost!!
