Today, we pause in observance of Memorial Day to remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

As we gather with family and friends, may we not forget the great cost paid by so many for the freedoms we enjoy each day. We are grateful for their courage, their sacrifice, and the families who continue to carry that loss.

We also pray for God’s comfort, peace, and strength to be near to those who mourn today.
