What a wonderful evening at our Kids Place Open House and Back-to-School Bash! 🎉

The children had a blast playing on the inflatables, and so many of our Kids Place students enjoyed reconnecting with their teachers and school friends before the new school year.

A heartfelt thank-you to all our volunteers and Kids Place Board members whose time and support helped make this event such a success! We’re grateful for everyone who joined us and helped begin the school year with so much fun, friendship, and community. 💙

Yesterday, members of our staff had a wonderful time at
Gardner-Webb University’s Connect Fair! We loved welcoming new students, sharing more about Central, and connecting with so many people from the Gardner-Webb community.

We’re grateful for opportunities like this to step beyond our church walls, build new relationships, and help students discover ways to become connected in the Shelby community. Thank you to Gardner-Webb for inviting us; we wish all students a joyful and successful school year! ❤️🖤
