It has been a tremendous amount of work
Three of us Glenn Walker Assistant Director, Jane Falls Human Resource and Office Manager and myself went to Philadelphia last summer to a three day training where our journey began. It has taken a lot of team work including two others our Program Manager/Social Worker Leighann Clark and Amber Gregory Direct Care Manager. We saw the value of the system and we embraced it with a passion to learn more and to improve our services. We made the effort so we can be the best for the children and for their future.
