Sometimes a life-changing conversation starts with a walk.

This weekend, Justin and Wyatt are taking us down the road to Emmaus as we wrap up our Life-Changing Conversations series through the Gospel of Luke. We’ll look at what it means to journey with Jesus, recognize him along the way and be the church together across every generation.

We’ll also celebrate Communion together all across Hope this weekend. We’d love to worship with you! 💙

AND… it’s our final Sunday worshiping at Tomahawk!! 👏🏼🥹❤️‍🔥Starting next weekend (Sept. 13), we’re moving into our new location. More details coming on social media later this Labor Day weekend!

We’re beginning a brand-new 3-week sermon series as we close out our journey through the Gospel of Luke: “Life-Changing Conversations.” ✨

Over the next few weeks, we’ll explore how a single conversation with Jesus transformed people’s lives throughout Luke. Those conversations changed them, and they can change us, too!

This Sunday, we begin in Luke 19:1-10 with Zacchaeus, a man whose encounter with Jesus changed the direction of his life. It’s a powerful reminder that Jesus still meets people right where they are and invites them into something new. 💙

In Luke 18:9-14, Jesus tells the story of a Pharisee and a tax collector, revealing the difference between pride and humility, and reminding us just how deeply we depend on God’s grace.

Summer has been an incredible season across our Hope family, and we’re excited for all God continues to do through our Local Sites!

🎬 A huge thank you to everyone who helped make VBS such an incredible success at all 10 Hope locations, including at Clear Lake, Cedar Valley and Panora! Everyone’s time and heart given made a huge impact on so many kids and families!

🏡 We’re getting so close to moving into our new church home, families out at Hope Local Panora are celebrating their exciting building campaign this Sunday, and Cedar Valley is continuing to make their new church feel more and more like home! 😊 God is on the move!!

🎶 Worship Night is Friday, August 21 at 7:00pm! Join us in person at Hope WDM or check with your site leaders to see if they’ll be tuning in from your site location.

🎒 School supply drives are almost underway! Be on the lookout for information for how your site can help support students, teachers, and families in your community.

💬 Alpha begins in September! Keep an eye on our website and social media for more information on how you or someone you know can get involved.

🙏🏼 As summer comes to a close, be praying about who God may be inviting you to reach with the everlasting love of Jesus. You never know who may be looking for a church family just like yours!

What a joy-filled couple of weeks across Hope! 🤗🎬⭐

Thousands of kids and volunteers came together for Hope Studios at Hope’s campuses and at 3 of our Local Sites, worshiping, growing in faith, building friendships, and experiencing the love of Jesus!

This Sunday, our Jesus for Real series continues with Luke 14:15-24 and The Ultimate Jesus Party. Jesus reminds us that there is room at God’s table and everyone is invited! 💙

Just 1 more day until worship (TOMORROW!) and 2 more days until Hope Studios returns to several Hope locations!! 🎬🙌🏼

It was such a joy last week to see hundreds of kids across Hope spending time together, laughing, learning, worshiping, and growing in their faith! There's nothing quite like watching young hearts discover the love of Jesus. 🥹

This week, you can be part of the story, too! If you know families near one of these Hope locations, invite them to join us for VBS! And if you're available, we'd love to have you jump in and volunteer at a location near you! 🍿⭐

Above all, please join us in praying for every child, volunteer, and family — that each child would encounter Jesus, grow deeper in their relationship with Him, and experience His love in a life-changing way. We can't wait to see what God has in store for all of us this week! 🙏🏼🩵💙
