Happy Father’s Day at Trinity!
Pastor Jesse preached from Matthew 4:19
The equipment of fishers of men.

God gives us a rod, a line, a hook, bait, and a hard net. These are the tools we need for catching men. These tools are the Bible, prayer, faith, love, and the church. He gives us the equipment we need for the tasks He gives us. God is not bound by who we are. He equips those who He has called to carry out His plan.
Wonderful sermon today, Pastor Jesse. Thank you for your passion to preach The Word every time you are behind the pulpit.
Wonderful music today, praise team. Love our church family and the fellowship we have together.

Pastor Robert - maybe the best sermon I’ve ever heard you preach. I need to go listen again, because I couldn’t take notes fast enough. Here are some of the things I wrote down (in my own words):

1 - Christians treating Christians the way Jesus would is a small taste of heaven.
2 - A normal king would not be approachable. Jesus wants us to be where He is.
3 - When was the last time Jesus asked you to do something different than what you wanted and you obeyed?
4 - Jesus’ prayer is for us to be where He is. We want to be where we are.
5 - Don’t make light of your sin. Don’t make light of His sacrifice.
6 - He died for your sins so you wouldn’t die in your sins.

Thanks for challenging and encouraging us today. I love your heart!
