Our thoughts can feel powerful, but they don’t have to control us. In Christ, we have the ability to recognize what’s real, compare it to what’s true, and bring our minds into agreement with what Jesus accomplished.

This week we talked about capturing our thoughts and aligning them with Christ’s obedience.

Here are 3 reminders from the message:

1️⃣ Your thoughts may feel real, but that doesn’t mean they’re true
Fear, shame, anxiety, or temptation can feel convincing in the moment, but truth is found in what God says and what Jesus has done.

2️⃣ The lie is the stronghold
Spiritual warfare often starts with identifying the belief, shame, fear, or false story that contradicts who you are in Christ.

3️⃣ Bring every thought back to the finished work of Jesus
When a thought rises up, ask: does this agree with what Jesus accomplished through His death, burial, and resurrection?

If your mind has felt overwhelmed lately, take a moment today to pause, identify the thought, and bring it back into alignment with Christ. 🙏
