We are hard at work planning behind the scenes and are so excited to share these Save the Dates with you!

From peaceful retreats to action-packed winter camps, we have an incredible lineup of events coming up for our women, teens, and elementary students:

Teen Winter Camp (Grades 6–12): Jan 8–10, 2027
Women’s Retreat (Ages 18+): Jan 22–23, 2027
Elementary Winter Camp (Grades 1–5): Feb 19–21, 2027

Registration for all three events officially opens on October 1, 2026!

We know… it’s only September! 😂 But the planning is already underway at Shepherd’s Spring, and we’re looking for **volunteers to join us next Summer. **

Whether you love working with kids, leading activities, being outdoors, cooking, creating, fixing things, or simply **love camp**, we’d love to hear from you!

Yesterday, Shepherd’s Spring was proud to be part of the Michael G. Callas Memorial New Educators Reception, welcoming more than 200 new Washington County Public Schools educators to our community!

Melissa, Director of the Global Village, and Shepherd’s Spring Board Member Sarah had the opportunity to connect with new educators, share about the Global Village, and introduce them to the hands-on learning experiences available at Shepherd’s Spring.

The Global Village is a unique opportunity for students to explore different cultures, traditions, and parts of the world right here at Shepherd’s Spring. 🌎

The Global Village is available for schools, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, youth groups, and adult team-building experiences. We’d love to show you around and explore how the Village could work for your group!

The families are checking in, tents are going up, and camp is coming alive! We’re ready to welcome our Family Camp families for a weekend filled with fun, adventure, laughter, and making memories together. ❤️

From outdoor adventures to time around the campfire, we can’t wait to see what this weekend brings!

Mark your calendars for Colors of Creation: A Paint with a Purpose Afternoon on Sunday, October 25 at 2:00 PM at Shepherd’s Spring!

Enjoy step-by-step painting instruction, serene fall foliage, warm apple cider, and pumpkin treats.

Bring a friend or bring the kids and help us raise funds for camp scholarships.

The best part? Proceeds from this event will go directly toward our Camper Scholarship Fund, helping provide children with the opportunity to experience camp at Shepherd’s Spring, regardless of their family’s financial circumstances.
