Our youth program provides a powerful opportunity to spread God’s Word and help children grow into disciples of Christ. Through engaging lessons, meaningful discussions, and positive role models, kids/youth can learn important biblical truths and apply them to their daily lives. One key learning point is that discipleship begins with knowing and following Jesus. Our goals is to reaching children to pray, study Scripture, show kindness, and serve others, and help them build a strong foundation of faith. As they grow in their relationship with God, they become equipped to share His love with others and live as faithful disciples who reflect Christ in their words and actions.

I hope everyone had a great 4th of July weekend spending it with family and friends! And lots of food!!
New year brings new beginnings!
I want to inform you of all the changes that are coming this year but number one is that we are no longer going to be teaching the awana curriculum anymore, that doesn't mean we are not going to have a youth program!! We still want to teach your kids about God's word and help them become disciples of their own!
So with that being said we will be going through a name change!
Our page and group will no longer say Awana, it will now say [G.O.D's Youth Minstery]
G-grace
O-order
D-destiny
1.) We have taught every book that the curriculum offers
2.) It was getting very expensive, for new work books every year.
3.) We dont have a place to practice the games that awana offers. So we aren't able to travel and meet/play other church's.
4.) Also it was getting hard to have enough teachers for as many different groups.
With that being said here is a run down of what next year has to offer!!!
First our new groups and teachers will be:
Group G: Pre-K-2nd grade taught by Amy and Brittney
Group O: 3rd-7th grade Taught by Ashleigh and John Odgers
Group D: 8th-12th grade taught by Clarie and Wes Lacy.
Second the day of the week (wednesday) will stay the same but the time will change:
Starting September 2nd 2026 (First G.O.D night) every Wednesday from 5:30-7pm!!
Third: we are bring back worship time at full force!! Lead by Wes, Claire and Brittney.
5:30-6:00 worship
6:00-6:40 lesson
6:40-7:00 game/craft
7:00pm dismissal
Fourth: please come in to drop off your kids, and please come in and sign your kids out at dismissal.
Fifth: we will continue the sack lunch at dismissal like we did last year! That was a big game changer for us!
Thank you all for understanding and trusting us to spread the lord's word with your kids every year!! We can not wait to see what the new year will bring!

Happy Palm Sunday!

Just a simple donkey ride, brought our Saviour into Jerusalem to were he would be crucified. But Jesus knew it and he was motivated entirely by love to save us!
