In our study on "Rest" from Psalm 46 at our Sunday Gathering this week, we reflected on Jesus' invitation to find rest in quality time with Him. We noticed that many Christians simply aren't "good at resting;" we are often distracted and striving. So, Pastor Erik invited us to practice meaningful rest this week.

For your sake, could you?:
1. IDENTIFY one way to rest this week from the list below.
2. VISUALIZE yourself doing and what is needed to actually do it.
3. INVITE someone else into the conversation.
