WHY YOU CAN'T DO LIFE ON YOUR OWN

My wife is a physical therapist, and she's taught me things about the human body I had no clue about.

Sometimes I'll have pain in one part of my body, and she'll tell me, "That's not really where you're hurting."

So she'll come over, do something to a completely different part of my body, and the pain stops.

Why? Because the body is knit together in such a way that what happens in one part affects the rest.

And the same thing is true of us: what affects you, affects everyone around you.

That's why we have to stay connected. First to God, and then to each other.

When one of us mourns, we all mourn. When one of us rejoices, we all rejoice. When one of us struggles, we struggle alongside them.

So if you've been trying to do life on your own, maybe it's time to let someone in.
