Sewanee Zen will host a sesshin (retreat) at Stone Nest the weekend of August 20-23. Everyone is welcome and partial attendance is an option.

The sesshin will begin on Thursday with preparation and continue on Friday and Saturday with zazen and samu. There will be dharma talks by Zen monks and discussions, but much of the retreat will be conducted in silence.

Meals are provided and accommodations are available.
