She has been found. Thank you all so much for the support and love shown.
We need volunteers in Knoxville, TN, to put boots on the ground as the search for Trinity continues, and the situation is dire.
Trinity Thornton was last seen at the mission at 418 N. Broadway in Knoxville, where she was turned away because they had no available beds. She is from Nashville, TN, and is likely unfamiliar with the area.
She was on the phone with her mother when her phone died, and she has not been seen or heard from since.
Before you judge her family over the fact that she was at a shelter for help, please know that the situation is not as it may seem, and Trinity may need care and support.
Trinity is not dangerous or a threat to anyone.
Her mother, sister, and another loved one have been physically searching. Sightings have been reported, indicating that Trinity is being seen alone, disoriented, and crying.
She is 22 years old, 5' 3", 115 lbs with black hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a white shirt, multicolored leggings, and a bonnet.
If you see her, please contact the Knoxville Police Department at 865-215-4010.
You can also call her family at 615-484-0828.
We need more people out there showing her picture and looking for her. You don't have to be part of any search and rescue; we are just asking for those who are physically able and willing.
If you can't help search, please help spread the word; many people are found that way as well.
Let's bring Trinity home.
