Be sure to come visit us tomorrow, Monday, May 18, for the shower trailer and a hot meal. We will not have a meal next Monday for Memorial Day.

The shower trailer will be with us from 2-5 Monday afternoon 5/4 and 5/18.

I cannot believe that I have not yet announced the following news to our neighbors at Hot Meals!

On Monday April 13, the He’s Alive Gospel Trio will join us to perform for us during the devotion time and while our neighbors enjoy their meals.

Please come enjoy this time with us as we experience God’s message in a new way.

The snow is pretty, but unfortunately we will not have the meal once again because Sevier County Schools are closed. We hope to see everyone the 9th of February!

If the weather goes as currently predicted, there will not be a meal on Monday as the church and Hot Meals follow the Sevier County Schools closing policy. If Sevier County Schools are closed due to the weather, there will be no meal.

During devotion time before the meal, I frequently say we are a family at Hot Meals! Neighbors who have been coming to the meal eagerly interact with one another and welcome new arrivals. I witness people sharing information and helping others in the building and in the parking lot as they leave. Tonight a neighbor has alerted me to free haircuts on Dolly Parton Pkwy. Information is in the picture. I’ll link the page of the cosmetology school in the comments.

There will be no meal on Monday, December 29, as the church campus will be closed.

BUT don’t forget to join us on January 5 to hear one of our devotion speakers who hasn’t been with us for a while.

It’s time to celebrate a birthday! Not just any birthday, but JESUS’ birthday! Come celebrate His birthday with us at Hot Meals the next two Mondays (15 & 22). We will be singing and getting in the Christmas spirit even more as we remember the true Reason for the season. Wear your favorite Christmas attire if you have it!
