We’re Looking for a New Pastor!

Hey friends — SMBC is currently looking for a new pastor to lead our church family into the next season of ministry.

We’re a warm, Bible-believing church on Sequatchie Mountain (some call it Jasper Mountain) that loves worship, serving others, and growing together in Christ. We’re praying for a pastor who is passionate about teaching God’s Word, caring for people, and leading with humility and truth.

A few things about us:
• We’re not a progressive church — our beliefs are rooted in Scripture and we hold to the authority of the Bible in all areas of life and faith.
• We value sound biblical teaching, Christ-centered worship, and genuine community.
• We’re looking for someone who stands firm in truth but leads with grace and compassion.
