Update from Our ARISE! Team:

First we want to say THANKS for checking us out and continuing to support our mission!
We are blessed to have you join us each year for ARISE!! ❤️

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have decided to postpone the April 2026 retreat. Currently, we are taking a pause to make this experience even more special for everyone!

We will continue to update this page, diocesan calendars and other platforms as always. Please reach out if you have any questions: [email protected].

Grace and Peace,
Wanted to share a prayer from our recent retreat with Fr. Ambrose. He has provided some history behind it as well 🙏 and that is included here too.

Name of Prayer: “O Heavenly King”
O Heavenly King, Paraclete, Spirit of Truth,
who art everywhere and dost permeate all things, Treasury of blessings and Giver of life,
Come and take up Thy dwelling within us,
Purify us from every stain, and save our souls,
O gracious Lord, Amen.

This prayer comes from the Eastern Catholic tradition (still used by Byzantine Catholics, among others). It is also common in the Orthodox tradition. Its origin is in the 9-10th century, and it is a Troparian from the Pentecost Liturgy. 🙏

May your hearts be filled with the Holy Spirit as we approach the great Feast of Pentecost ❤️

An AMAZING weekend at the Southeastern Women’s Retreat ARISE! Thanks again to Fr. Ambrose!! Thanks to our ARISE! Team!...
