Try to arrive by 8:45am if possible. We'll be helping you get settled into your classes and doing late registrations in English and Spanish.

Reminder:

Parish offices are CLOSED on Friday, September 4, and Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day.

On Friday, September 4, a funeral Mass for Jack Moskal will be prayed at 11:00am. Parish family is welcome. No 9:30 Mass or Adoration.

First day of Young Church (Grades 4K through 12th) is coming up soon: Sunday, September 13, from 9:00am - 10:10am. Try to arrive by 8:45-8:50am if you can. We can't wait to launch another GREAT year!

Moms and Dads, this part is for you. You are AMAZING, and you deserve to hear that today:

✅ Work (one or both of you)
✅ School (bus or car riders or a mix of both)
✅ Kids' Activities (all kinds!)
✅ Praying and trying not to worry (about all sorts of things)
✅ Maintaining (house, vehicle, finances, sanity!)

IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR CONFIRMATION CLASS OF 2026!

Your Confirmation date has CHANGED due to an unavoidable conflict on the bishop's calendar. Your NEW Confirmation date is Wednesday, November 4, at 6:00pm. Please check your email for an important message with more details -- and spread the word to your classmates! We will see you by 8:45am on Sunday, September 13 -- our first day of the new year!

Our regular daily Mass resumes tomorrow (Friday, August 28) at 9:30am, with Adoration afterward until 12:00pm.

This weekend's Mass schedule:
4:00pm Vigil on Saturday
7:30am, 9:00am, and 10:30am Sunday Masses in English
2:00pm Sunday Mass in Spanish

Do you have children who need to be baptized? Wonderful! Our next Baptism date is Sunday, September 6.

Here are some tips to make the process easier for you:
1. If you have questions, ASK. We're here to help!
2. Make sure you are a registered parishioner.
3. Choose godparents well: they should be faithful, dedicated Catholics who genuinely strive to live out their faith and will be able to help your children do the same. If they attend St. Paul, they must be active members who have been registered here for at least 6 months prior to the baptism date; if they attend another parish, we will need a letter from that parish (contact the office for details).
4. Think about what you are asking of the Church for your child. Spend some time with God, asking Him to guide you and strengthen you to raise your children to be faithful lifelong Catholics.
5. Know that your parish family celebrates with you, thanking God for another soul for His kingdom!

Tiene usted hijos que nececitan ser bautizados? Genial! Nuestra próxima fecha de Bautismo es el Domingo 6 de Septiembre.

Aqui tienes algunos consejos para que el proceso sea mas facil:
1. Si tienes preguntas, PREGUNTANOS. Estamos aqui para ayudarte!
2. Asegurase de ser feligres registrado.
3. Elige bien a los padrinos: deven ser Catolicos fieles y dedicados que se esfuercen genuinamente por vivir la fe y que puedan ayudar a sus hijos a hacer lo mismo. Si asisten a San Pablo, deben ser miembros activos que hayan estado registrados aqui durante al menos 6 meses antes de la fecha del bautismo; Si asisten a otra parroquia, nececitaremos una carta de esa parroquia (comuniquese a la oficina para obtener mas informacion).
4. Piensa en lo que le pides a la Iglesia para tu hijo. Pasa tiempo con Dios, pidiendole que te guie y te fortalezca para criar a tus hijos como fieles Catolicos de por vida.

A few quick updates, parish family:

- Weekend Masses with our visiting priests: Saturday, 4:00pm; Sunday @ 7:30, 9:00, and 10:30am (English). Spanish Mass is now prayed at 2:00pm on Sunday, with Father Reyes

- Communion services on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (August 24-26). Daily Mass resumes on Friday, August 28.

Did you know that we had almost 250 Young Church family members last year, not counting our many awesome volunteers? We barely fit into one picture, praise God!

We're looking forward to another great year of faith, fellowship, and good old-fashioned fun! All students in grades 4K through high school: we need you! Jesus wants you! Join us! Classes start Sunday, September 13, from 9:00-10:10am.
