What an incredible day of worship at Seneca Baptist Church! 🙌

Today, we celebrated the Ordination of Pastor Aaron Bright and his installation as our Associate Pastor of Youth & Young Adults.

We are thankful for God’s call on Aaron’s life and excited to see how the Lord will continue to use him. The future is bright for Pastor Aaron and Seneca Baptist Church!

Pastor Aaron, we love you, we’re praying for you, and we’re grateful to serve alongside you!

Before Bethlehem. Before creation. Before the beginning as we know it—Jesus was there.

John 1 reminds us that Jesus is not simply a teacher, prophet, or good example. Jesus is God.

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” — John 1:1 (ESV)

This is the Jesus we worship. The eternal Word. The Creator. God who came near and dwelt among us.

🎥 Watch this moment from Sunday’s message, “God Breaks the Silence,” from John 1.

On the 25th anniversary of 9/11, 2001 we are reminded of the lives that were lost others that were affected by the events of that dreadful day.
We remember now, what we needed then, that "God is near to the broken-hearted" and "comforts the afflicted" (Psalm 34:18, 2 Cor. 1:3-4).
Might our nation remember its Christian roots and return to the LORD Jesus as we look forward to the day when God will wipe every tear from every eye.
