🟠 We are planning a Thankful video of our kids. Please take a pic individually of them holding a piece of paper, chalkboard, dry erase board etc, write on it something they are thankful for. Big kids can write it if they want. Just make it big so it can be seen on a slideshow. Hope to show it the week of thanksgiving so I need pics soon.
🟡 Pack the Pantry competition starts this Sunday. Each section at church (there are 4) will have a tub near the stage in the sanctuary. Please bring some pantry items each week for a month. At the end of the month, we will add up and see which section wins. They will be rewarded with something…that’s yet to be decided on.
🟤There will be a “I am thankful for” banner in the building. This is a church wide thing. There will be markers sitting up next to it. You go up and write on it whatever you are thankful for. I hope as a church we can fill it completely up. I hope to get that finished tomorrow night and have it up there Sunday as well. I’ll post a pic in the comments of what the idea is.
🟠 finally, Christmas is right around the corner too. Breakfast with Santa will be December 3rd and Breakfast in Bethlehem will be December 18th during Sunday school.
