Day 2 of VBS was another awesome day! We enjoyed a visit from our oldest and well- loved church member, Lois Templeton, heard the story of David and Goliath, learned that God’s Word shows us the right path, played games, sang fun songs, and even got to shoot a slingshot and had a yummy snack! The girls won the penny offering tonight so the contest is on!! Invite your friends and neighbors to enjoy the fun as we have two nights to go!

Night 1 of Emerald Crossing VBS was a blast!! The kids a great time learning about our Good Shepherd, Jesus, through Bible lessons, puppet shows, songs, games, science experiments, and even their snack.
The boys won the penny offering tonight. Will they win again tomorrow night or will the girls tie things up?
We hope to see all the kids back tomorrow night from 6-8pm! Please invite friends, family, and neighbors to join us the rest of the week!

Come join us for VBS, June 7-10, 6:00-8:00pm, ages 3 yrs and up. Journey with us to Emerald Crossing: An Irish adventure through Psalm 23. Together we will learn about the Good Shepherd and how He cares for His sheep by looking at the life of David. We will enjoy music, Bible lessons, science activities, snacks, games and more! We hope to see your children at VBS at Clear Creek!

Sunday afternoon, May 3, we will have a wedding shower for Cailie Hunt, bride elect of Brodie Austin. The shower will be 2:00-3:30, come and go in the Fellowship Hall. The couple has a gift registry at Amazon and Not Too Shabby in Savannah.

Instead of a wedding shower for Braden Austin and Courtney Copeland, we have a Wedding Blessing Basket in the foyer. The box is labeled CARDS. Anyone who would like to bless this couple can put cards, money, or gift cards in the basket.
