Today we said goodbye to Laura’s mother. She was kind, humble, and compassionate. I have been privileged to share this season of life with her.

Marilyn Narowetz was an educator who cared deeply for her students both inside the classroom and out. She was passionate about education and public policy, always wanting the best outcome for everyone, but especially those in need. But most of all, she was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She raised two fantastic children (one I have the honor of calling my wife).

I am thankful that Marilyn welcomed me into her family.

Please be in prayer for Laura, Marilyn’s husband Louis, and all of Marilyn’s family during this time of grief and loss.
