What We've Been Learning at RA Kids!

Our RA Kids have been having such a great time together this summer! From sharing a snack and building friendships to diving into God's Word, every week is filled with laughter, love, and life-changing truth.

This month the Kids started Step 6 and are now heading into Week 4: Experience the Power of the Cross!

Friday, the kids will discover that because of what Jesus did on the cross, they don't have to stay stuck in their hurts, habits, or hang-ups. Our kids aren't just hearing God's Word, they're experiencing it through hands-on activities, meaningful conversations, and learning how to apply His truth to their everyday lives. We can't wait to see how God continues to work in their hearts! ❤️✝️

Our prayer is that every child not only learns about Jesus but experiences His love in a real and personal way as they grow in faith and recovery.

Thank you to all of our incredible volunteers who pour into these kids week after week. We couldn't do it without you! 💙

Somebody poured into us when we were broken.
Now it’s our turn to pour into the next generation.

Recovery Alive Kids is growing, and so are the families connected to it. We need volunteers willing to show up once a month and help us create a space where kids feel seen, safe, and rooted in Jesus.

It doesn’t take much to change a child’s life.
Sometimes it just takes showing up.

RA KIDS FAMILY, we need your help. ❤️

Tomorrow night, our Mini's (birth–preschool) may have to close due to a lack of volunteers.

That means some of our youngest kids can not be checked in, and families who desperately need to attend service will be turned away.

We know life is busy. We know stepping in can feel intimidating. But this ministry matters deeply. Every Friday, children walk through our doors needing love, safety, consistency, and the truth of Jesus. Sometimes a volunteer rocking a baby, coloring with a toddler, or simply showing up can change someone’s entire week.

You do NOT have to be perfect.
You just have to be willing.

If you can serve tomorrow night, even just this one time please message us ASAP.

If you can’t serve, please pray and share this post so we can reach someone who can.

The need is urgent.
And these kids are worth showing up for. ❤️

Little voices, big joy and hearts learning to follow Jesus 💛
There’s nothing sweeter than watching kids sing, dance and declare “I’m in the Lord’s army!”
Moments like this are more than just fun, seeds being planted that will grow for a lifetime. I am so thankful for every smile, every giggle and every little life being shaped ❤️🤗

🚨 We Need Your Help On Friday's! 🚨

Hey friends,

We have an immediate need for volunteers in our RA Kids Minis (birth–5 years) for Friday nights, and right now… we don’t have enough hands to safely and effectively love on these little ones.

These kids matter. Their families matter. And what happens in those rooms matters more than we often realize.

The truth is, when we don’t have enough volunteers:
👉 Classrooms can’t run the way they should
👉 The load gets heavy on the few who are serving
👉 And it limits how we can care for these families walking through Recovery Alive.

But the flip side is just as powerful…

✨ Saying “yes” to one Friday can:
✔️ Make sure every child is cared for
✔️ Support families who are showing up for healing
✔️ Be a small step that makes a lasting impact

You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to be willing. We will walk with you, support you, and make sure you’re equipped.

Last night was movie night for the kids, complete with popcorn for snack. They relaxed on fun inflatables to stay cozy.
