Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. ❤️🤍💙 Their courage, service, and selflessness will never be forgotten.

As we gather with family and friends, let us also take a moment to thank God for those who gave everything so that we may live freely. We pray for the families who carry their memory every day and ask the Lord to bring them peace and comfort.

As John 15:13 says “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.”

What an incredible day in Selma! 💛

It was truly moving to see the smiles on children’s faces as they picked out their very own stuffed animals, it was a pure joy you could feel in your heart. Watching families find new clothes and receive what they needed was such a beautiful reminder of how powerful love in action can be.

Our prayer tent was overflowing with God’s presence today. So many hugs were shared among each other. So many tears were shed while we heard powerful stories and prayed. Lives were touched today and love was felt in every corner.

This is exactly why we do what we do each month: to serve, to love, and to be the hands and feet of Jesus. We are so grateful for everyone who came out, served, and made today so special.

We can’t wait to do it all again. ❤️

About five years ago, we came to this same place for the very first time. After COVID, this community was hurting. People were lost, hopeless, homeless, broken, and searching for peace and happiness after losing so much.

But God showed up.

The impact of that day changed not only the people who came… but also the volunteers who served. Since then, Temple City Outreach has continued going into communities all across Johnston County each month to do what God has called us to do — GO and tell the Good News. ❤️

We believe if just ONE life is changed, Heaven celebrates. 🙌

That’s why we do what we do.

So if you’re out tomorrow around Selma, stop by and see us. Tell us what’s going on in your life. We’re not worried about your past — we care about your future.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mothers in our community! 💐

Today, we honor and celebrate the women who reflect God’s love so beautifully through their strength, sacrifice, and unwavering faith. A mother’s love is a powerful reminder of His grace; patient, kind, and full of compassion.

“She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come” Proverbs 31:25

We are so thankful for each and every mother who pours into her family, her church, and her community. Your prayers, your guidance, and your love do not go unnoticed. You are a blessing, and your impact reaches farther than you may ever realize.

We’re so excited for Temple City Church Dream Big Golf Tournament on May 8th! ⛳️

This incredible event helps support everything we do here at Temple City Outreach, along with Backpack Buddies, and our homeless outreach programs, making a real difference in the lives of so many in our community.
