We are implementing a new volunteer sign up process starting in October for Adventures Alive and Mini’s.

People often assume Children’s Ministry is filled with paid leaders. The reality is every classroom is filled with volunteers who choose to give back to their community and serve within RA by caring for these children.

Now, we are asking that you give back so we can keep the doors open for your children. If we cannot increase our volunteers, childcare at RA on Friday night’s will not be able to operate efficiently.

This Friday all children will be sent home with a background verification form for parents/grandparents/guardians to fill out so they can start volunteering.

I am asking for everyone to volunteer once a month, this will ensure childcare is available each Friday night.

Our Passport Party celebration on Saturday was an inspiring testament to the dedication and hard work of our kids who completed all 12 steps! The BINGO theme brought laughter and excitement, and the Mr. Beast gift basket was the grand prize for covering your entire card.

We look forward to welcoming new faces this Friday, as we honor our departing 5th graders and continue to empower the kids in our community to reach their full potential.

Adventures Alive and Mini’s NEED volunteers!!

These ministries are dependent on volunteers to run efficiently. If I cannot retain volunteers to serve, these ministries CANNOT operate. Which leaves a possibility for NO childcare at Recovery Alive.

I need your help to run this ministry!!!!

I am in need of volunteers who will faithfully commit to ONE Friday night a month spending time sharing the gospel, playing games and being a steady, safe, and supportive place for these precious children.

At Adventures Alive, we're embarking on a new chapter! As the newly appointed director, I am currently restructuring the team of volunteers to ensure a smooth transition and ready to lead a dynamic team of volunteers! Together, we will continue to inspire the children at AA to find a safe place to learn about Jesus, have fun, and open up about their struggles.

Currently, I am in need of volunteers for the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month. I will need help in August for 5th Friday take over. This is a super fun night that's only 4 times a year when the Middle and Elementary school kids switch buildings! If you’re willing to sign up for either the 1st, or 3rd Friday you would only serve ONE Friday a month! 😎 Of course we would love to have you more than once a month!

For each night to go as smooth as possible, I would love to have a minimum of 5 volunteers each night. 1 person for check-in, 1 to Lead large group/Adventure Time(this person could lead large group and an age group, if willing) and 3 (2 if one can lead and teach) volunteers to lead the school age classes, grades k/1st, 2nd/3rd & 4th/5th.

Volunteers and children eat FREE at RA on the nights you volunteer! Dinner is served at 6pm, children check-in starts at 6:45.

No special qualifications are needed, just excited, loving people ready to teach God's word and make it true, make it fun and make it stick!

God's going to provide. He will make it happen if it glorifies Him, and being a steady, safe, and supportive place for these babies on a Friday night glorifies Him!!
