All Saints Episcopal Church

All Saints Episcopal Church To be enriched & transformed by the love of God through worship, education, service, generosity, & conversation. Miss Snyder was a woman of strong faith.

A History of Faith and Service
All Saints Church was built in 1899, through the financial support of Mary Kittera Snyder, granddaughter of Simon Snyder, Pennsylvania’s third governor. It was her vision to build an Episcopal Church for her community, and to the glory of God, in which the sacraments would be celebrated according to the Book of Common Prayer. Unfortunately, the first service performe

d in the church was Miss Snyder’s funeral, on July 30, 1900. However, Miss Snyder’s faith and commitment to God lives on through the members of All Saints’ congregation today.
