Deuteronomy 28 states that if we listen closely to the LORD and carefully follows His commands, He will set the nation “high above all the nations of the earth.” Blessings will chase and overtake them in city and field, upon womb and soil, livestock and kneading bowl. Every basic sphere of life flourishes under covenant faithfulness.

In biblical terms, "The Blessing" refers to the favor and approval of God, often manifesting in prosperity, protection, and spiritual well-being. It is a central theme throughout the Scriptures, representing both a divine gift and a covenantal promise. The blessing is not merely material but encompasses spiritual and relational dimensions, reflecting God's benevolent intentions for humanity.

Question: If God is against financial prosperity, then why did He pave the streets of heaven with gold?

The word prosperity is written in the Bible at the least 121 times. That does not include the words, prosper, prospered, prospering, abundance, abundantly, increase and etc.

So why is it that so many ‘Christian’s’ fight against that word, and defend poverty in the same breath? Is it because they don’t read the Word of God, but are leaning onto their own understanding?
Isn’t it time that we began to read the Bible, and increase our knowledge in this area. Isn’t it time that we stop judging others who are applying God’s Word in their own lives, and begin to examine ourselves.

The word money is not a dirty word. It is mentioned in the Bible 140 times. Discover for yourself what God has to say about your finances. Begin reading the Bible for yourself. You will be bald you did.
