Something powerful happened in North Carolina this year that many people are still talking about.
During FaithFest 2025 in Wilkesboro, thousands of people gathered for a weekend centered on worship, prayer, and the message of the Gospel. The event took place beneath a towering 110-foot cross that stands on the festival grounds, creating a powerful visual reminder of faith and hope.
According to reports shared by organizers and coverage from CBN News, tens of thousands of attendees came throughout the weekend. Families, churches, and individuals from different backgrounds joined together to worship, hear messages of faith, and reflect on their spiritual journeys.
One of the most meaningful moments came as many people responded to invitations to begin a new walk with Christ. Organizers shared that more than 1,000 attendees indicated decisions to follow Jesus, while around 100 people chose to be baptized on site during the gathering.
Although the numbers were shared by event leaders and have not been formally verified by a central organization, they reflect what many described as a weekend filled with encouragement and renewed faith.
FaithFest has been held annually in North Carolina since 2017 with a mission to bring people together around the message of the Gospel. The 2025 event included well-known speakers and worship leaders, with support from ministries such as Samaritan’s Purse.
Throughout the weekend, the atmosphere was filled with worship music, heartfelt messages, and personal testimonies from people whose lives were touched.
For many who attended, it was more than just a festival — it was a reminder that faith, community, and hope can bring people together in powerful ways.
