It is our purpose to glorify Jesus Christ by shining forth the glorious light of the gospel of Christ into a dark world so that those lost in sin might be drawn to a safe refuge in Christ. id-coast region. If you are looking for a Bible-believing church to attend in the mid-coast Maine region, we would love for you to consider us for your place of worship and service. Eggemoggin Reach is the name of the body of water that is visible from the church building. "Eggemoggin" is an Indian word, meaning "Fish Ware Place". We adopted it as our church name not only because of our proximity to this body of water, but also to symbolize our New Testament mission of being "fishers of men" by sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

We are letting everyone know that our live streaming will be discontinuing for a period of time beginning this Sunday, July 27, 2025. We encourage anyone who is able, to attend our services in person. We will put a notice on our church website and page in the event we start live streaming again.

Contrary to common thinking, we believe that it is possible for people to know the will of God and that the Lord's work today is to build His church.
