“I tell you,” he replied, “if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out.”

My younger brother and I had an outdoor worship ministry years ago, and singing worship songs in parks and beaches was something many of my friends and I did off and on for many years. In the Summer of 2023 I felt like God was saying it was time to start it again when I made the acquaintance of two people who had a similar passion for Christ and worship. ‬‬

The Rox Worship name was inspired by a worship jam my friends and I had on the rocks at the beach one day, and Luke 19:37-40.

“When he came near the place where the road goes down the Mount of Olives, the whole crowd of disciples began joyfully to praise God in loud voices for all the miracles they had seen: “Blessed is the king who comes in the name of the Lord!” “Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!” Some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to Jesus, “Teacher, rebuke your disciples!” “I tell you,” he replied, “if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out.”

We are a group of Jesus Lovers from the PNW who hope to encourage and unify people in Christ through music, art, writing, and community events.

Aloha Sisters and Brothers! We are a group of Christ Followers from the PNW who hope to spread God's love, peace, joy, and message through music, art, writing, and community events. We will have free monthly worship jams open to the public on Sundays where everyone is encouraged to bring an instrument and/or their voice, a chair or blanket, their own food, and non-alcoholic beverage, and an open heart. During Spring and Summer it will be at the beach, and in Fall and Winter we will talk with local churches to host us. Any songs we pick in advance will be posted in the event, before the event so that you can access the music sheets with chords and lyrics. However, real-time song requests are always welcome if the music leader knows it. We ask that you pack out what you pack in unless there are public trash cans available, and be respectful of the property, and courteous to everyone. Please no smoking of any kind so that everyone can sing without issue. By attending the in-person events you acknowledge that photos or videos of you may be posted to our online platforms if taken. We hope these events will encourage and unify people under God's love. If it is rainy we may cancel or relocate during Spring and Summer.
