e believe in the manifestation of the Holy Spirit and the power through the blood of Jesus Christ. The late Overseer Marguerite V. White, was Born September 22, 1945, in Seaford, DE. She is the daughter of the Late Deacon Dennard and Missionary Eva Palmer. Overseer White served under the leadership of the late Pastor Goldie L. Ricketts, Pastor of the Mt. Calvary Church of Deliverance in Providence RI, in the capacity as minister, and served under the leadership of her sister, the late Pastor Peggy Palmer Murray, of Cathedral of Faith Church of Deliverance, Inc., in Seaford, DE, in the capacity of Assistant Pastor for many years. In February of 1997 Overseer White opened Greater Cathedral Church of Deliverance, Inc., which is now named Citadel of Hope Deliverance Ministries, Inc. The late Overseer White had been the Pastor of Citadel of Hope Deliverance Ministries, Inc., for 16 years. Bishop Alfred Cannon, Jr., was born to the late Deacon Alfred and Evangelist Bernice Cannon, on September 20, 1966. Pastor Cannon served under the leadership of the late Pastor Goldie L. Calvary Church of Deliverance in Providence, RI, in the capacity of minister. He then served under the leadership of the late Pastor Peggy Palmer Murray, of Cathedral of Faith Church of Deliverance, Inc., in Seaford, DE, in the capacity of minister until her death. Pastor Cannon then joined St. Johns A.M.E. Zion Church, in Laurel, DE, under the leadership of the late Rev. Dr. Oris P. Fields, who became his spiritual father. Pastor Cannon was ordained a deacon, and served Rev. Fields until his death. After the death of Rev. Fields, Pastor Shirley Caldwell became the Pastor, and Elder Cannon served her as well. After fours years of studies, Pastor Cannon was ordained Reverend in the A.M.E. Zion church, and received credentials in Church Management, and Pastoral Counseling. Pastor Cannon later joined The Light House Church of God, in East New Market, MD, under the leadership of Bishop Calvin Abbott, which he served in the capacity of a Reverend. Then Pastor Cannon became a member of Citadel of Hope Deliverance Ministries, Inc., under the leadership of Overseer Marguerite White, and served as Elder; and is now currently serving as the Sr.Pastor and Bishop. Bishop Alfred Cannon, Jr., is an anointed Man of God, skilled in the Word of God, and Church Government. Bishop Cannon is married to Mrs. Patience Cannon.
