What does the Body of Christ look like? I think something like this. We aren't designed to be fully independent but interdependent with Christ serving as our head. Where is the Spirit guiding you to allow others to share in the work of Life?

Mekos Skate Park, run by Invert Ministries, is an excellent example of how we can make friends in Christ's name by creating new safe spaces for people to enjoy their hobbies. Check them out!
What hobby or interest do you have that you could extend to making new friends?

Have you noticed any recent liturgy changes when you receive new members?
"Adding 'and witness' to the list ("prayers, presence, gifts, service, and witness") may help our members, new and old, to recognize their responsibilities not only to 'show up,' but to 'show forth' God's saving love in all that we do."

It might seem like a minor adjustment, but it seems that Jesus' followers had to become Spirit-filled witnesses to "go and make disciples." During this Eastertide, where are you seeing Christ in your midst? Are you expecting the Spirit to show up in a powerful, life-changing way? What glory-sightings or grace-moments can you share with another when they ask you about your hope?

What an awesome image of agape love! Not only were the cookies made with love, but prayed over. I pray that those who receive them feel that love and their souls are nourished so they can perceive the amazing love of our Triune God.

West Point member Todd Hoar will brighten the day of inmates at a regional prison when he delivers hundreds of homemade cookies baked by members of WPUMC. Todd is an active leader in the Kairos Prison Ministry. Thank you to everyone who baked cookies and participated in sharing Christ’s love with this community.

I have itty-bitty baby figs! Between Luke 13 and Matthew 21, fig trees and fruitfulness has been on my brain. As a non-linear thinker, I remembered this article that I've read many times in the past 6 months:

They liked each other and were happy to be friends. But the three of them could just never agree. Every time they spoke about how to communicate Jesus on campus, they all had radically different ideas.
