This describes most of our Pirates for sure!!

“There are chosen ones who look like black sheep only because Heaven refused to dye their wool the color of religious conformity. They were never created to blend into the flock, they were marked to recognize the Shepherd’s voice when everybody else followed noise.

They were called rebellious because they wouldn’t bow to traditions God never authored. Called difficult because they asked questions comfortable religion couldn’t answer. Called dangerous because there was something wild in their obedience that couldn’t be controlled by titles, platforms, approval, or applause.

But what people called rebellion, Heaven recognized as refusal. They refused to trade revelation for reputation. They refused to silence discernment just to keep a seat at somebody else’s table. They refused to become domesticated by systems that wanted sheep who followed sheep instead of sheep who followed the Shepherd. That’s why some of them had to be raised in the wilderness. The wilderness taught them the difference between God’s voice and religious echoes. Rejection sharpened their hearing. Isolation stripped away their addiction to human approval. Betrayal taught them not every voice saying “Lord” is carrying His heart. And survival gave them an instinct for wolves that people raised inside comfortable fences may never understand.

So don’t mistake the black sheep for the lost sheep. Some of them aren’t wandering away from the Shepherd… they’re following Him outside the fences men built around Him and when the Shepherd begins calling His scattered ones out of the shadows, don’t be surprised when some of the fiercest voices don’t look like they came from the flock.

They’ll smell like wilderness.
They’ll carry scars instead of credentials. They’ll speak with fire instead of religious vocabulary and they won’t need permission from the sheep to recognize the voice of the Shepherd. Religion called them black sheep because they wouldn’t conform. Heaven called them by name because they still knew His voice.”

Mallary asked to spread the message...

My uncle James funeral is this Saturday 10 am they’re asking any and all attendees to wear Harley shirts. If anyone from the church wants to come support or simply pray on behalf of our church they’re more than welcome. Here is what my cousin wrote “In memory of my dad, James, we’re asking everyone who is able to wear a Harley-Davidson shirt to his visitation. ❤️🏍️ Harley-Davidson was such a big part of who he was and something he truly loved. We thought this would be a special way to honor him, celebrate the life he lived, and keep his memory close.

So, if you have a Harley shirt, wear it proudly for Dad. 🖤🏍️
