The singing on the mountain is just a little over a month away! Last year went very well and we are excited to do it again this year.

Friendship would love to extend an invitation to our spring meeting this coming weekend the 3rd, 4th and 5th. Friday evening we will have supper followed by preaching starting at 6. Services Saturday morning starting at 10:30 followed by lunch and a community singing at McKendree Cemetery Decoration Day at 2 pm. We will then have supper back at the church followed by an evening service. On Sunday, we will have our normal morning service followed by lunch. We hope to see you this weekend!

We had a great time on Saturday as we sang hymns on Mt Magazine, enjoyed a cookout and fellowship. We had over 100 in attendance. Most of the songs were sung sitting on the amphitheater seats but this song was sung facing up to the seats.

Elder Zack Guess from Memphis, TN will be preaching at Friendship Primitive Baptist Church on Sunday Morning, July 30. The service will begin at 10:30. We will also have lunch following the service. If you do not have a Church home, we would love to have you come worship with us.

We at Friendship Primitive Baptist Church of Scranton, AR would like to announce our annual Spring meeting that will be held the 5th through the 7th of May. We have invited Elder Troy Barrington of Lebanon Primitive Baptist Church in Lawn, TX to come be with us and we invite you all to come as well. We will have supper at 6 o’clock on Friday with a worship service to follow. On Saturday morning, we will start singing around 10:30 with lunch after the worship service. We will not have a regular afternoon service on Saturday but, we will have a song service at the meeting hall across from McKendree Cemetery down the road. We will have supper Saturday evening with a worship service to follow. Our meeting will be concluded with our normal service on Sunday followed by lunch; singing starts at 10:30.
