An amazing celebration at church today. We believe the Rededicate 250 of our nation and its' people, has a spiritual significance yet to be known.
To see the tens of thousands of people, both young and old, with hands raised and tears shed, is so reassuring. America is a Christian nation. Don't let the mediums in the news media cheat you of a victory. God is still very much alive in the affairs of men! In Christ Jesus all can be saved.
We still pray, we still raise our hands in worship and we still weep for the salvation of those we love. So proud our little band of believers met today to be reminded of what America was, is, and shall be. We sang patriotic songs, said the pledge of allegiance, had communion, shared the good news of Christ and sang songs of worship, giving God the glory each time! So thankful for the folks at A Place Called THERE.

We had a wonderful Mother's Day service! Glenna's brother, Ron, joined us from Overland Park. Ron brought a good word of testimony, some Mothers Day gifts, two special songs with his deep bass voice and several Pizzas!

After the blowing of the Shofar, the worship was special, as it usually is when the room is filled with worshippers. A short but meaningful message from God's word was given, prayer was said over the food and a time of chat and chow moved forward.

We hope all Mother's and/or those who do what Mothers do enjoyed their special day. We hope that your Mother's Day was as special as you are! Mother's Day 2026 is history!

A correction from our study on Resurrection Day...the correct Psalm Jesus quoted while on the cross was Psalms 22:1 when he said "my God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?"

I know it must sound like a broken record but, we had an awesome service today. So many with so much to give. God has been faithful as He's the same yesterday, today and forever. We began with Linda blowing the Shofar. Then wonderful worship provided by Diana Cumbie Barnes and Glennadean Dines. We are a blessed people! And, not much can beat Pot Love eatin'! The fellowship with one another is invaluable in a world where a mobile phone can become your only friend. And, cell phones don't hug or listen. Thank God Jesus was a teacher who spoke the truth in love.

Next week is Resurrection Sunday..why seek you the living among the dead, he is not here for he is risen!

You are always welcome and we'll see you next week as we celebrate in the triumph of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!

Just a reminder that this coming Sunday is Pot Love Sunday at A Place Called THERE ! I also know Diana Cumbie Barnes is singing a special song accompanied by our own Glennadean Dines so I'm looking forward to listening to the gifts God shares thru them. We'll eat right after service, guessing 1:15 or so. Come prepared to give AND to receive !

We had an awesome service on Sunday! Linda blew the "Shofar" to open the service. And 3 different messages from 3 different people followed! God is speaking to his people. His word is coming to pass with each new day. Distraction and deception are key tools the enemy uses to deceive the masses. They willingly bury His message with "activities". Make sure that you don't belong to the Rev. 3:16 church for it slowly became "lukewarm".
