Mt Zion will be having a sunrise service on Easter Sunday @ 6am weather permitting. If there is rain, service will be moved inside. Hope you can come and worship with us.
Bring a lawn chair and warm clothing in case it is cool outside.
After the service there will be pastries in church basement.
Regular services with begin at 9:45am for Sunday school and preaching at 11am.
Our pastor Bro David Towe and Bro Robby Calvert will be conducting the services.

Mt Zion will be having our regular services today, Sunday school and preaching. Sidewalks and steps have been cleared from last nights snow. Church is warm inside. We’d like to invite anyone whose church has been canceled to come worship with us. Everyone is invited. There is a lot to be thankful for after the week this county has had. God is good!

Tomorrow after church services, Marty Graves will be baptized at the Ray Lawerence bridge. After the baptizing there will be a meal in the church basement at Mt. Zion. Hope you can come be with us.

Marie Jenkins, long time member of Mt. Zion, went to Heaven this morning after a lengthy illness. While she will be missed here on earth, we as Christians know that she will now spend eternity with Jesus because she had a time and a place that the Lord saved her soul. Please remember her son Allan and all of their family in your prayers. Funeral arrangements will be posted later.

Isaiah 57:1 The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come.

What a blessed day today! After a great sermon by Bro. David Towe, Marty Graves came forward to join the church. The church then met at the Ray Lawerence bridge for a baptizing for Kaitlyn Duncan and Mattie Tuttle. Great to have the families of these two girls be with us at the baptizing! After the baptizing met back at the church basement for a fellowship meal. Great to be at church today! God is so good!

Starting tonight our pastor is helping Pastor Terry Mahaney in a revival at Union #1 on Highway 87 coming out of Fountain Run. Please remember that revival in your prayers.

In the last two weeks, two young ladies have joined Mt. Zion church. Kaitlyn Duncan and Mattie Tuttle will be baptized tomorrow after church which will be approximately 12:30-1:00. This will be weather permitting since there are slight chances of rain tomorrow. Immediately after the baptizing, there will be a meal at Mt Zion in the basement. Hope you can come be with us tomorrow but if you can’t please pray for us.
