Reminder you are invited....While it is the holiday season and we're grateful to God for all that he has done for us at PGBC. We, at the same time, mourn the loss of our dearly departed Deacon Emeritus Gilbert Buster. Our prayers go out to the Buster family and to his wife Sister Karin Buster and his son Jonathan. We, the Pastor and church family, want you all to know we're mourning with you and we're here to pray with you and help you during this difficult time in any way we can. I ask that everyone pray a Effectual and Fervent Prayer for this family and our PGBC church family as we get through this tough time together. Take comfort in these passages of scripture at times like these. (2 Corinthians 4:17-18) and (1 John 2:17). 🙏🙏🙏

Reminder.... New members class begins Feb.5th and 12th at 6 pm until 730 pm.

Our annual black History program and old fashioned day and meal will be Feb. 23rd at 10 am. You are invited...

Our services begin each Sunday at 10 am with Sunday School at 9 am. 4th Sundays is dress down Sundays and our monthly sacrifice Sundays.

There is no service on 5th sundays

Good morning I hope everyone is enjoying the snow and is safe and warm. Due to the inclement weather and the almost certain ice that will be on the roads in the morning WE HAVE DECIDED TO CANCEL MORNING WORSHIP SERVICES FOR 01/12/2025...
Services will resume on 01/19/25 with 9:00 am Sunday school and 10:00 am morning Worship service.. Everyone be safe and stay warm. God bless

A very special thank you to Pastor Allan Smith and The First Baptist church- Ferry Street-family for inviting us last night for an awesome watch night service. The spirit of the Lord showed up and showed out. Thank you Piney Grove Baptist Church family and Dan River View church family for coming to support us and also Rev. Norman Scott of New Zion Baptist Church in Milton NC for coming to be with us.

Effective 01/01/25 The Piney Grove Baptist Church will begin a coat giveaway. This will continue until all the coats are given away. Please contact any member for information or if you have coats to donate.

Merry Christmas to Everyone from the Pastor and Church family of The Piney Grove Baptist Church. Let's prepare to go into 2025 working daily to be the best YOU that God has ordained you to be. There are no big I's or little I's in the sight of God and regardless of who we are or have been let's find out who God intends for us to be and strive to be the best that God will allow us to be. My prayers to everyone for a safe and prosperous Christmas and New Year season. 🙏
