This is such a good reminder, that in our zeal for God, our zeal must first be a Godly legacy.
I woke up this morning with a word burning in my spirit from the Lord concerning families.
For too long, many have laid their homes on the altar of ministry, calling it sacrifice when Heaven called it disorder.
We learned how to build platforms, but not tables.
We learned how to fill sanctuaries, but our living rooms sat empty of peace.
But God is realigning what man has neglected.
The Lord is restoring holy order in this hour.
Because God is a God of structure.
He is a God of divine alignment.
And when Heaven establishes order, blessing follows it.
The enemy has fought homes so fiercely because he knows that if he can fracture the family, he can weaken generations.
But the Spirit of God is breathing on homes again.
Your family is not a distraction from ministry, your family is ministry.
Your first congregation is not the crowd.
It is the people sitting at your table.
It is the spouse who carries burdens nobody else sees.
It is the children watching whether your private life matches your public oil.
Too many have gained influence and lost intimacy.
Too many have preached to strangers while neglecting the hearts of those closest to them.
But God is calling His people back home.
There is a restructuring happening in the Spirit.
God is sanctifying marriages again.
He is teaching husbands how to love with gentleness and honor.
He is teaching wives how to build with wisdom and strength.
He is tearing down pride, selfish ambition, manipulation, and neglect.
He is healing the relationship between parents and children.
There are sons and daughters carrying wounds created by those who should have protected them the most.
Words spoken in anger.
Affection withheld.
Presence missing.
But the Lord is healing deep places that years of silence could not heal.
What counseling could not reach, the Spirit of God is about to touch.
And the prodigals⌠they are coming home.
The prayers cried out in midnight hours were not wasted.
The tears of mothers and fathers have been collected by Heaven.
God is breaking addiction.
Breaking rebellion.
Breaking bitterness.
And He is awakening sons and daughters to remember the God of their house.
We are about to see revival move through families.
Not just revival in church services.
Not just shouting in sanctuaries.
But fathers praying over children.
Mothers worshipping in kitchens.
Marriages restored at altars.
Children filled with the Holy Ghost in living rooms.
The fire is returning to the home.
And I hear the Lord saying, âGuard what I gave you.â
Cover what He has entrusted to you.
Do not become so consumed with saving the world that you forget the people He assigned to your life first.
Because the greatest revivals will not begin on stages.
They will begin around dinner tables.
They will begin in prayer filled bedrooms.
They will begin in homes where forgiveness replaces bitterness, where honor replaces division, and where His presence is welcomed
again.
God is rebuilding families.
He is restoring covenant.
He is healing the home.
And what the enemy tried to divide, the Spirit of life is about to breathe on again.
