We believe that the church is the body of Christ of which Jesus is the Head. The members are those who have trusted by faith in the finished work of Christ.

Do to the unpredictability of the weather today, we are cancelling services at New Beginnings. Electricity is out in Gering, Mitchell and Bridgeport. Scottsbluff still has electricity. There are lights and heat at the church for now but the roads are slush covered, there is low land flooding and the wind is extremely dangerous. The weather services can’t agree and we are still in a blizzard warning. The trees are heavy with ice and there may be downed trees around. Without WiFi, we cannot have a living room broadcast either. Stay home and keep safe.

The Pan de Vida Iglesia del Nazareno in Panama City, Panama, is using soccer and dance to provide wholesome recreation alternatives for the youth in their community. The church leaders hope that their work spreads from the youth into the broader community.
