On the death of Troy Eberling, please pray.
Holy and heavenly Father, we come with open hearts and minds to your feet to lay our burdens down. We thank you for your constant, unwavering, and eternal love, the power of your grace, and the hope we find in your presence. We bring thoughts and prayers this morning for Brian and the family and friends of our brother, Troy. Father, wrap them in your embrace; might they feel your presence, grace, and love.
Most Gracious God, be with Brian and the friends and family of Troy in their shock and grief over the sudden loss of their loved one. Comfort them with the knowledge that you were with Troy in his despair, and you knew the depth of his pain.
We pray to you, O God.
Make us an instrument of your love, Lord. Might Brian and those who are directly affected by su***de know that they are surrounded by a community of those who pray to reflect your love and light on all. We pray for strength for the journey, and we pray for peace and comfort.
Amen.

We give thanks for the life of First Christian Church
and the beautiful place in which we worshiped.
We give thanks to God for the gifts that have come to us
and to others through this ministry and in this place.
We acknowledge our sadness at the closing of this ministry
and the release of this church home.
Let us be grateful for God’s gifts,
honest about our sorrow, open in our love.
May His presence continue to dwell among us
as we release this place.
We ask your blessings upon the new occupants of our past church home.
We pray for happiness and joy to be ahead of them,
for wisdom and guidance to be beside them,
and for grace and truth to be behind them,
pushing them onwards into your goodness. Amen.

Dear Church, we released the church building to the new owners Friday. Please be respectful and allow them to settle in peace. Do not attempt to enter or access the property.

Just a small note.. it is our hope & prayer that the items remaining from our church closure will bless another church or service organization. After such groups have had a chance to express interest, if there are remaining items, we will repost and consider individual requests. Blessings!

We've sold the building and the buyer isn't another church 😢 Many items left will be destroyed unless we can find them homes.
