Jesus taught in Mark 16:16... he that believeth AND is baptized shall be saved. Jesus continued in verse 17... and THESE SIGNS SHALL FOLLOW them that believe.

..they shall speak with new tongues. Have you been baptized since you believed? Have you spoke with new tongues since you believed? Jesus taught in John 3 that we MUST be BORN AGAIN of water (Baptism) and of Spirit (receiving the Gift of the Holy Ghost) or we cannot enter the Kingdom of God. Jesus asked: and why call ye Me Lord, Lord and do not the things that I say? (Luke 6:46)

Are you doing the things which Jesus said? The Promise is for you and your children and as many as the Lord our God shall call. (Acts 2:38-39)

In Acts chapter 19, Paul came to Ephesus and found some Disciples there. They believed on Jesus. They loved Jesus. They were trying to live for Jesus as best they knew how. Paul asked them, "Have you received the Holy Ghost SINCE you believed?" (Since means between then and now.) They answered Paul that they had not even heard whether there was such a thing as the Holy Ghost. So then Paul asked how they were baptized. They answered that John the Baptist had baptized them. Paul explained the Scriptures to them and the need to believe on Jesus. Being baptized was not enough. They had to be re-baptized in the name of Jesus. WHEN THEY HEARD THIS, THEY WERE BAPTIZED IN THE NAME OF THE LORD JESUS. (vs 5)

After, Paul laid his hands on them and the HOLY GHOST CAME ON THEM; and they SPAKE WITH TONGUES and prophesied. We find, according to this passage of Scriptures, that believing on Jesus alone is not sufficient. If it was, Paul would have said great and just went on his way. But Paul explained to them the need to be baptized. And not just baptized anyway but baptized IN THE NAME OF JESUS. After they were baptized, he didn't leave it as though receiving the Holy Ghost was optional. He laid hands on them, and as the Holy Ghost came on them they SPAKE WITH TONGUES. Jesus has that same wonderful gift available to you. Come, be baptized in the only name by which we are saved and let Jesus fill you with the Holy Ghost. Today, we celebrate PENTECOST SUNDAY when the Holy Ghost was first poured out on all the disciples, as well as on Mary and the brothers of Jesus. (Acts 1:13-14)

On that day, they all spoke with other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance. That Promise is still available to you, your children, and all that are afar off even as many as the Lord our God shall call. He's calling to you.... (Acts 2)

Have you received the Holy Ghost since you believed?

Apostle Paul asked this question of certain Disciples (followers of Jesus) that he found while traveling.

Acts 19
In Acts capter 19, Paul came to Ephesus and found some Disciples there. They believed on Jesus. They loved Jesus. They were trying to live for Jesus as best they knew how.

Paul asked them, "Have you received the Holy Ghost SINCE you believed?" (Since means between then and now.)

They answered Paul that they had not even heard whether there was such a thing as the Holy Ghost.

We had a great time this weekend, but most of all, we had powerful moves of God in every service. πŸ™Œβ€οΈ
Several were filled and re-filled with the Holy Ghost this weekend. One more was filled with the precious gift of the Holy Ghost this morning, evidenced by speaking in other tongues.

We love and appreciate Handy Dandy & Sunflower's ministry. They have blessed us so much these past few days. Thank you both for coming!

Thank you to all who came!
Thank you to those who helped in various capacities whether it was helping with set up, take down, serving, etc!
Thank you to those who gave to help make this weekend possible!

And most of all, thank You, Jesus, for touching and changing lives! πŸ™Œβ€οΈπŸ™Œβ€οΈπŸ™Œ
