Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church warmly invites you this Sunday afternoon to join us as we celebrate our 79th Annual Choir Anniversary!

For 79 years, God has blessed this ministry through song, praise, worship, and faithful service. We are excited to come together in celebration and thanksgiving for all that He has done for the Grove family.

We are honored to welcome St. Paul Baptist Church, who will bless us with a musical selection, and their pastor, Pastor Deshun Coates, who will deliver our anniversary message.

Come and experience an afternoon of uplifting worship, powerful singing, and a Word from the Lord as we gather under our church theme:

Tonight was R.E.A.L We came together, talked about Gospel of Mark chapter 4, and wrestled with a question we all face: why do we worry and panic when trouble comes?

The storm may be loud around us, but peace is still possible in the middle of it. Fear says we’re alone. Faith reminds us He’s still in the boat.

On behalf of Pastor James Givens and the Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church Family, we extend our heartfelt condolences to the family, friends, and all who were blessed to know Bishop Kenneth L. Robinson, Sr. We join the community in honoring the life and legacy of a remarkable servant, leader, and pillar whose impact will be felt for generations to come.

Though we mourn his passing, we also celebrate a legacy of faith, service, and integrity that will continue to inspire us all.

We are praying for strength, comfort, and peace for his family and the many friends and loved ones who will miss him dearly. May God’s presence surround you during this difficult time, and may the memories of Bishop Robinson’s life and work bring comfort to your hearts.
