Hey everyone, Camp Lakeside is having a work day coming up! If you are needing something to do on a quiet Saturday, wanting something to do while loved ones visit the local Whimmy Di**le and it's just not your thing, or even High School students needing to get in some community service hours this is the place to come! Comfort Zone Family Retreat is now accepting applications! đź’™

If you or your family are navigating the journey of love, loss, and grief, we invite you to consider joining us for the Comfort Zone Family Retreat.
This retreat is a safe, welcoming space where families can come together, share their stories, speak openly about their loved ones, and find comfort in knowing they are not alone. There is no “right” way to grieve, and you don’t have to carry it all by yourself.

Camp Lakeside will be closed next week, August 10-14 to give our staff a time to recuperate after the awesome summer camping season.

Storms have passed. Everyone is well. They had fun playing games in the cabins. Might get more rain later but I don't think anything severe. Not what we wanted for the first night but we can't predict the weather.

Just to let all the parents know. We are experiencing some strong winds, heavy rain and small hail. I am in constant contact with emergency management for any changing conditions.
Everyone has moved indoors, playing games and ready to move to storm shelter if necessary. Will keep you posted.
