What a grace-filled Sunday at St. Bartholomew the Apostle! πŸŽ‰βœοΈ

We had two beautiful reasons to celebrate this past weekend and our hearts are still full from both of them. πŸ’›

First, at our 10:30 AM Mass, we had the joy of celebrating the Confirmation of our OCIA candidate Meggie Natale. Meggie, you have journeyed so beautifully to get here. Welcome home, fully and completely. May the Holy Spirit guide every step ahead of you. We love you and we are so proud of you! πŸ•ŠοΈπŸ”₯

Then at our 12 PM Mass, we celebrated the Solemnity of Corpus Christi with our beloved procession led by Father Roberto. To walk together following our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament, praying and singing as one community, is one of the most powerful things we do as Catholics. Jesus is truly present, and on Sunday we proclaimed it together with joy. πŸ™

What a weekend. What a faith. What a parish family. 🌟

There is something truly beautiful about watching our young people pray. πŸŒΉπŸ™

This past week our Altar Servers gathered together to pray the Rosary to our Blessed Mother Mary, and it was one of those quiet, tender moments that reminds you just how alive the faith is in the hearts of our young people. To see them kneel in prayer, bead by bead, decade by decade, giving their time and their hearts to our Lady was nothing short of moving. πŸ’›

To our Altar Servers, thank you. Not just for this moment, but for every single weekend you show up, vest up, and serve at the altar with such reverence and dedication. You are not just helpers at Mass. You are leaders. You set the tone for the entire congregation by the way you carry yourselves in that sanctuary, and this parish is so incredibly blessed to have you. Never underestimate the witness you give every single time you serve. πŸ•―οΈβœοΈ

And to the families behind these incredible young people, thank you. Your support, your encouragement, and your willingness to bring your children to serve week after week is one of the greatest gifts you could ever give them and this parish. You are raising faithful, generous, prayerful young people and it shows. We are so grateful for you. 🌟

May our Blessed Mother hold each of our Altar Servers close and intercede for them always. Hail Mary, full of grace. 🌹

The sun came out at St. Bartholomew Academy and it was absolutely glorious. β˜€οΈπŸŽ

What an incredible weekend of talent, heart, and pure joy our students brought to the stage with their production of Annie Jr.! Three shows across Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and every single one of them was a testament to how hardworking, gifted, and truly remarkable our students are. We could not be more proud of each and every one of them. 🌟

To our cast and crew, you gave everything you had to this production and it showed in the most beautiful way. The dedication, the rehearsals, the nerves, the laughs, and all the hard work you poured into this show paid off in ways that moved every single person in that audience. Three shows. Three standing ovations. You have more than earned it. πŸ‘

A heartfelt and special thank you to the drama department at Union Catholic for lending their talents, their time, and their expertise to help make this production everything it was. Your generosity and support for our students means more than words can say. This show would not have been the same without you. πŸ’›

And to everyone who came out across the weekend to fill those seats and cheer on our young performers, thank you. Your presence, your applause, and your support meant the world to these kids. There is nothing quite like looking out from a stage and seeing a room full of people who believe in you. You gave them that gift and we are so grateful. πŸ™

St. Bartholomew Academy, you have got some serious stars in your midst. We cannot wait to see what you do next. 🎢✨
