Wednesday Night class tonight is gonna be awesome cause we are having a pizza party!! This party is the reward for finishing up our Pizza series on friendship!

Just like building a great pizza, a great friendship needs the right ingredients! 🍕
Here is a quick recap of what we've been learning about building strong friendships:

* The Crust (Trust): Just like a bad crust ruins the whole pizza, a lack of trust ruins a friendship. Real friendships are built on a solid foundation of respect and reliability (Proverbs 11:13 and 18:24).

* The Sauce (Compromise): Sometimes friends have to compromise and work through conflicts to enjoy their time together (Luke 12:57-59).

* The Cheese (Listening): Good listening is vital to building strong relationships. Be quick to listen and slow to speak (James 1:19).
* The Toppings (Unselfishness): True friends consider others' needs and wants ahead of their own, because there’s no greater love than laying down your life for a friend (John 15:12-14).

Memory Verse: "A friend loves at all times. They are there to help when trouble comes." – Proverbs 17:17 (NlrV)

Hope to see you tonight. Shout out for Toni for helping make this happen!

**Jonah’s Journey Begins Tomorrow!**

Kids Church kicks off our brand‑new series **Jonah’s Journey – Week 1 tomorrow, and we can’t wait to start this adventure together.

We’re diving into Jonah 1 — where Jonah tries to run from God, a powerful storm hits, and God shows us the truth that
**God goes with me wherever I go**.
Your kids will experience the story, the storm, the giant fish, and the reminder that God is always with them, no matter where life takes them.

Make sure your family is here tomorrow.
The journey starts now — and your kids won’t want to miss it

Dear God,
As our KMotion kids step into their classrooms for their very first day of school today, we lift them, their teachers, and their schools up to You.
We pray for a safe, joyful, and blessed school year ahead. Fill their classrooms with Your peace, give our teachers wisdom and patience, and give our kids courage as they start this new adventure.

Above all, Lord, we pray that this year we ACTIVATE our relationships with You. May our children walk boldly in Your grace, shine Your light in their schools, and love one another well every single day.
In Jesus' name, Amen.

Drop YOUR FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL PICS in the comments so we can celebrate you!

Get ready for an amazing school year! 🎒✨

As our students head back to the classrooms, we want to surround our children, teachers, and school staff with love and support. Join us as we pray for a safe, joyful, and blessed school year ahead!

This year, our heart's prayer is that we ACTIVATE our relationships with God—walking boldly in His grace, loving one another well, and shining His light wherever we go.

We had an incredible time handing out backpacks and getting ready for the new school year together.

Let’s partner in prayer for our schools, our educators, and our kids as they embark on this new journey.

Drop an "AMEN" in the comments if you are praying with us for this school year! 👇

Back-to-School Season is Here!

As clothes are laid out, backpacks are packed, and the morning alarms start ringing again, it is completely normal for our kids (and us!) to feel those familiar back-to-school jitters and butterflies. New classrooms, new teachers, and big transitions can stir up a lot of nerves.

Rest in His Plan
Take a deep breath and remember: God pre-planned this exact school year for our children.

Nothing about this season is a surprise to Him. He knows every test they will take, every friendship they will make, and every challenge they will face. It is up to us to **trust God in every single way**, knowing with absolute certainty that He is in control and He knows what He is doing.

Our Word for the Year: **ACTIVATE**
Just like the early church, God is calling us to put our faith into action right where we are. This year, our family’s focus is to ACTIVATE. Trust Him fully in every moment, big or small.

Work hard with excellence and integrity in all we do (Colossians 3:23).

Show God’s love-to everyone we see—shining His light in our classrooms, hallways, and communities!

Let’s step into this new school year with courage and excitement, trusting the One who holds tomorrow. Have a wonderful, blessed start to the school year, everyone!

🚀 Tomorrow Morning: Week 6 in Acts! 🚀
Parents and families, get ready for an incredible morning tomorrow as we dive into Week 6 of our journey through Acts!

Tomorrow, we’re looking at an amazing moment from Acts 14:8-10 where Paul encounters a man who had never been able to walk. Through the power of the Holy Spirit and a moment of incredible faith, the man is instantly healed!

But we aren't just talking about physical healing—we are looking at the big picture of what God can do in all of our hearts.

✨ Our Big Takeaway: I want God’s power to change me from the inside out.
📖 Our Weekly Verse: “Faith shows the reality of what we hope for; it is the evidence of things we cannot see.” — Hebrews 11:1 (NLT)

Make sure the kiddos are ready for an awesome time of games, fun, and looking at how faith changes everything. We can't wait to see you there!
