It was a big help when the Arrow Bank marketing team came to do some spring clean up on the grounds! We appreciate your hard work!! Thank you.

Last week, the Arrow Marketing Team spent an overcast morning raking leaves in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Schuylerville NY. The rain held off long enough for the team to clean up a large section of the cemetery before heading into the village for lunch. It was a fun morning of connecting with one another while supporting the communities we serve!

Please note: we will be actively engaged in spring clean up at the cemetery on April 15th (with the help of a volunteer team from Arrow Bank).

At that time, we will remove all plastic and other non-organic decor, dead flowers and plants, etc. left over from the holidays and what not. We will rake and maintain plots and make sure roadways are clear.

We will leave service and American flags that are not weather destroyed. If you think you want to save some thing from your loved ones memorial, please remove it prior to April 15.

We look forward to a lovely season of reflection in our tranquil cemetery after a much needed spring clean up.

Thank you to our neighbors at the national cemetery for attending to matters the best they can, prioritizing interments.

Federal Government Lapse in Appropriations – Impact on GBHS Saratoga National Cemetery

• Our cemetery remains open to visitors, but staff may not be on hand to receive you as we are focused on interments only. If you want to talk to us personally, we recommend calling to ensure we are in the office and available at (518) 581-9128.

• The NCA scheduling office number is 1-800-535-1117. Please call them 8:00 - 7:30 (Eastern Time) weekdays or 9:00 – 5:30 Saturdays to assist in determining eligibility and scheduling interments.

• The cemetery is open for visitation between dawn and dusk seven days a week.

It's been a busy and costly day at the cemetery.
Unhealthy trees needed removal for safety and a hired crew came to help us address the problem. And everyone can related to the enormous costs of tree removal. We are using today's unexpected costs as a reminder that our cemetery runs on the donations of our generous community.

There is a very large downed tree at the lower end of the cemetery nearest the victory trail path into the woods. Please steer clear until clean up can be arranged.

The annual board meeting & lot owners meeting will be held Sept 26, 2022 at 5pm in the maintenance building at the cemetery. All lot owners are welcome to attend.

A stunning collection of Hydrangea trees adorn the grounds of Prospect Hill Cemetery and they are full on in bloom and beautiful today.

Peegee hydrangea is a large shrub or small tree that is best grown in organically rich, moist, well-drained soils in full sun to part shade. It is can reach up to 25 feet tall but can be pruned shorter to maintain a better shape.

They certain contribute a lot to the peaceful grounds here.
