There is still time to jump in to this seminar. As we think about creating the kind of authentic community that transforms, learning how to give and receive feedback in healthy ways is essential.

Have you ever gotten an anonymous note with unsolicited feedback? What should Consistories, Councils or Boards do with complaints? We'll tackle these and share ideas for making feedback a transformative experience for everyone involved!

From Sherri: Over Christmas I watched the new "Wicked for Good" movie, which has so so many great and powerful themes in it. Both main characters have scenes where they see themselves and see how they became who they currently are, examine themselves, and then choose who they want to be moving forward... This is one part of the ongoing work of discipleship and of Faithwalking. If you've read this far, you might be saying, "Of course! I do that already." The reality is many of us do that in part in fleeting moments or on ocassion, but do not take the time on an ongoing basis in a community of practice, reflection, and accountability. We all need it!

Give the Holy Spirit the opportunity to share with us what God has been trying to tell us... The reality is that everyone needs a safe and challenging space to process, reflect, and do the work at growing into our best selves. We need support systems. We need accountability.... We need a place to remind ourselves of our belovedness... We need a space where we can be heard, and be a part of being a caring and listening non-judgmental presence for another person. There are LOTS of great reasons to either give Faithwalking a try, or jump back in...

Another reason is that I'll be leading a group on Thursday mornings and would enjoy catching up with you as a part of it
