Many people think that meditation is only sitting in a lotus position and repeating “om”.
Did you know that there are many forms of meditating? Meditation is a form of helping you concentrate and keeping calm.

If something happens to you that makes you angry, count how long it takes you to calm down. If something happens and you remain calm, this is a form of meditation.

When meditating in a sitting lotus position and you are having many thoughts coming into your mind, concentrating on looking at a item such as a Buddha statue or count your breathing, this should help eliminate the thoughts.
