Our mission is to love God, to win others to Christ, and to edify and equip the faithful for service. Saybrook Christian Church (SCC) is a non-denominational New Testament Church. Simply put, we are a church that believes that God’s Word is the sole authority for what we do and believe! We strive for unity among all Christians as Jesus prayed in John 17. We do this by trying to restore His church

as it was in the beginning. We have no creed but Christ, the only creed required in the New Testament. We believe the Bible is the inspired word of God (I Timothy 3:16), therefore we accept as true the miracles of the virgin birth and the resurrection. Where the Scriptures speak we speak; where they are silent we are silent. “In essentials: Unity. In all things: love.” Our foundation is built on Christ and His apostles’ teachings (Ephesians 2:19-22).

Day 1 & 2 of Vacation Bible School has been awesome. The kids are great and the workers are great and JESUS is the most awesome!!!

Only one problem. 😪

WE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE MORE KIDS!!!!!
I know, Crazy. But we would love to have your kids join us, it is never too late to bring them.

THANK YOU. To everyone who helped with the City-Wide Clean Up. It was a HUGE success.
In Fact, our two dumpsters are COMPLETLY FULL. There is NO more room.
So please do not bring anymore stuff. We are done till next time.

After consideration of the weather outside, and plowing snow trying to get to the church. The leadership is in agreement to CANCEL ALL SERVICES at Saybrook Christian Church today. We want everyone to stay home and stay safe. I will be doing a live stream this morning at 10 AM. Please share this message with others who may not be on Facebook or Email.

SNOW is on my mind. Not seeing any yet. So, as of 3:30PM Saturday Jan 24th all services are a go for Saybrook Christian Church.
