Mount Zion Baptist Church - Savannah, GA

This Church is a congregation of baptized believers in Jesus Christ and the doctrine of the Baptist Church, united by a common relation to the Holy Spirit, and associated together in the faith and fellowship of the Christian Gospel, for the following purposes:

A. To worship God, and to enrich the spiritual character of communicants through the teaching, preaching and practices of our Lord Jesus C

hrist. To advance the kingship of Christ through the ministry of the Church by means of the organization and promotion of ideas; programs for public worship, Christian education and youth activities, of missionary endeavors and personal evangelism, private devotions and fellowship, intended to improve Christian and social relations and Church life. Accordingly, we declare our wholehearted allegiance to Jesus Christ, the Son of God, as our Savior, High Priest and Ruler, and take the Holy Scriptures as the ultimate standard by which all matters of belief and conduct are to be tested.
