Last Saturday, six volunteers gathered at the church at 8:30 AM to knock out a solid list of maintenance and upkeep tasks: Jim Brown, Mark Hornsby, Bill Sickels, Jeff Nibley, Bob Rowland, and Ed Wayland.

Together they pressure washed the sidewalks, trimmed back overgrown tree limbs, cleaned the sanctuary fountain, removed damaged plants from the office entrance, and took care of several technology upgrades around the building. The Easter cross was removed and stored for the season, and — in an unplanned but very welcome bit of pest control — the team also cleared out wasp nests in the breezeway.

Thanks to everyone who showed up and pitched in. Many hands made light (and safer) work!
